The ground floor has a lobby with toilet block, a meeting room with a 30-seat capacity, a kitchen and canteen. Also, a co-working space with a dedicated office and meeting room for 8 people. The basement has 6 hotel-style rooms with toilets. There is a rear garden space for outdoor events.
