NDE FORCOB Architects was appointed and tasked with the design of this project in 2020. The requirements were a 4-bedroom with 2 living areas, kitchen on a 10m x 30m piece of land located on the MAETUR Ngoulmekong masterplan, an area dependent on the Bikok Council.

The design utilises 2m setbacks from the be neighboring properties to have areas for natural lighting and ventilation. A central staircase leads up to the upper floors which itself is punctuated by à long L-shaped window.
