NDE FORCOB Architects was engaged in 2018 to handle the design and site inspection responsibilities for this upscale residential building in Golf Yaoundé, Central Region.

The design features a basement parking area for 10 cars, six luxury apartments—three of which are 2-bedroom units and three are 3-bedroom units. The ground floor includes a concierge area. All floors are accessible via a lift, and the top floor offers a glass-covered 180-degree panoramic view of the nearby golf course.
