NFA were appointed in 2022 by Afriland First Bank to provide interior and exterior designs for the refurbishment of an existing two storey building with basement at Hippodrome, Yoaunde. The new design included extensions to either side of the building as well as reconfiguration of the internal spaces.

The ground floor and first floor each had 2 distinct wings: each wing had an open space, two small booths, an office and small meeting room. The middle wings were reserved for larger meeting rooms, staircase and toilet block.

The basement had open plan offices.
