Included are 2 living rooms (up and down stairs) and a dining room with dedicated kitchen with storage area. The project is equiped with ground water source and solar heater. A double-height hallway leads into the building with visitor stairs. The design was to reflect a modernist style with stylish in its simplicity and forms. Nde Forcob Architects took part in the contract administration phases until roofing.
